The staff was fantastic; very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed conversations with them and they gave some very helpful information about the town and how to get around.

The staff is very helpful, the room was very spacy and the breakfast was great. We had it on the balcony of our room - No surcharge and a lot of choice. I definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and I would stay there anytime again.

The room was confortable and clean and with a nice view. The bathroom was small but for a fiew days stay is ok.

Good location, right in the middle between old town and train station, both within walking distance. A few places to eat close to the hotel. Room spacious and luminous, with a wide balcony and a nice view of the city. Bathroom ok, ac working fine. The hotel rent bikes at a good price. In general, good value for money.

Towels on our arrival were dirty, no problem in replacing them anyway. No lift, so with rooms on high floors there's a bit of exercise to be done. Stairs have uneven steps, so careful! Windows do not keep noise outside, and there's something very noisy starting at random times throughout the day, so if you don't plan to get up early, you will anyway. To this, add the usual concert of roosters and you're in for a tough night. The one worst thing, though a matter of principle, was the fact that for unknown reasons the hotel surcharges 4% on Visa credit cards, whereas every other place in Vietnam, hotels, restaurants, shops, charges 3%. The answer was "we do 4%". Ended up paying in cash!
